LAYOUT AND DESIGN PROOFS Before we cut any letters or etch a design on a stone we will always provide you with a computerised layout, this will enable you to see in black and white, the shape of material, style of font and if chosen detail within the etched design. The reason we provide these layouts is we want you to be completely satisfied with the appearance of your tribute, so at this stage if required you are able to make as many changes as necessary. Once we have received your approved layout we will then send an identical copy along with a permit application to the relevant authority for their approval. As soon as we receive the approved permit we will instruct our craftsmen to proceed with the production of your fitting tribute, in your chosen material.

ADDITIONAL INSCRIPTIONS If you already have a memorial and require an additional inscription, our craftsmen using traditional and modern techniques are able to match the existing lettering. If you wish to add to, and change the existing inscription we can resurface your memorial and make the changes you require, this can sometimes be more cost effective than purchasing a new memorial.

RAISE AND LEVEL If you have a memorial that over time has sunk or started to lean in an unsafe way, we provide a service that includes a total inspection making sure the memorial and concrete foundation are in sound condition. Once inspected we will raise and level as necessary, and advise you of our findings.

UK FIXING All our prices on new memorials include fixing on a standard, suitable concrete foundation within a seventy-five mile radius of London, after this is a small mileage charge calculated using travel manager 2004. NAMM FIX Some authorities insist that all lawn memorials to be fixed within their cemeteries are done so using the National Association of Monumental Masons ground anchor system. GARUANTEE All memorials from the Memorial Shop come with a five-year guarantee against deteriation of any kind also within this time; a free raise and level visit if required
